1. Acceptance of Terms: These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Global Turkish website, platforms, and services (collectively, the “Site”), owned, published and operated by Apical Group LLC (“Apical Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. Editorial Independence and Publisher Discretion: Global Turkish, owned, published and operated by Apical Group LLC, is an independent media organization. All editorial, operational, and commercial decisions are made exclusively by Global Turkish and its authorized editors. We reserve the unrestricted right, at our sole discretion, to approve, reject, edit, modify, delay, archive, monetize, restrict access to, or remove any content, account, or submission at any time, with or without notice and without obligation to provide justification.

3. Guest Contributions and Content Submissions: Individuals and legal entities may voluntarily submit written, visual, audio, or multimedia content, including articles, commentary, analysis, videos, press releases, photographs, and infographics (“Submitted Content”). Submission does not guarantee publication. All Submitted Content is subject to editorial review and must comply with our editorial standards, publishing principles, and applicable United States federal and state laws.

3.1 Copyright Assignment: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all copyrights and related intellectual property rights in any Submitted Content published on the Site are irrevocably assigned to Apical Group LLC on an exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free basis. No compensation, royalties, or fees are paid for Submitted Content, regardless of format.

3.2 Editorial Modifications: The editorial board of Global Turkish reserves the right to edit, adapt, reformat, condense, expand, or otherwise modify Submitted Content. All derivative works created through editorial processes shall be the exclusive property of Apical Group LLC.

4. Identity Verification and Legal Responsibility: Contributors bear sole responsibility for the legality, accuracy, originality, and compliance of their Submitted Content. As a matter of transparency, contributors must publish under their real legal names. Exceptions may be granted in cases of substantiated political risk or personal safety concerns; however, identity verification with valid government-issued identification remains mandatory. All identity data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable US privacy laws.

5. Privacy, Data Collection, and Cookies: Use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which describe how personal data, usage data, cookies, and tracking technologies are collected, processed, stored, and protected. By using the Site, you consent to the use of cookies, analytics, and tracking technologies as described in those policies.

6. Advertising, Sponsored Content, and Advertorials: Commercial, political, or sponsored content may be published in accordance with applicable US laws and internal policies. 8. Copyright Protection and Reuse of Content: All content published on the Site is protected by United States copyright law and international treaties. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, transmitted, or displayed, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from Apical Group LLC and payment of applicable licensing fees. Quoted excerpts may not exceed 3% (three percent) of the original content and must include proper attribution, unless otherwise authorized in writing.

9. No Professional Advice: Content published on the Site is provided for informational and journalistic purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. No fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship is created through use of the Site or reliance on its content.

10. Third-Party Content and Links: The Site may contain links to third-party websites or embedded third-party content. Apical Group LLC has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties.

11. DMCA Copyright Infringement Policy: Apical Group LLC complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512. Copyright infringement claims must be submitted in writing and include all information required by the DMCA. Upon receipt of a valid notice, Apical Group LLC will take appropriate action, including removal of allegedly infringing content.

12. Subscriptions, Fees, and Access: Apical Group LLC reserves the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue subscription fees or paid access models at any time. Users will be notified on the Site of applicable pricing and payment terms prior to enforcement. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Access Restrictions and Termination: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Site, accounts, subscriptions, or commenting privileges at any time, with or without notice and without obligation to provide justification. The right to comment is reserved exclusively for paidsubscribers and may be revoked at our sole discretion.

14. Indemnification: Users and contributors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Apical Group LLC, its owners, officers, editors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to Submitted Content, use of the Site, or violation of these Terms.

15. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability: All content is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apical Group LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Site or its content.

16. Force Majeure: Apical Group LLC shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, cyberattacks, or service outages.

17. Modification of Terms: Apical Group LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and users consent to such jurisdiction and venue. Users waive the right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings.

19. Severability and Entire Agreement: If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Apical Group LLC regarding use of the Site.

20. Reservation of Rights: All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved exclusively by Apical Group LLC.
